The Revivalists are an American rock band formed in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2007. The group's sound has been described as a mixture of rock with elements of R&B, soul, and folk. The band consists of David Shaw (lead vocals), Zack Feinberg (guitar), Andrew Campanelli (drums), George Gekas (bass), Ed Williams (pedal steel guitar), Rob Ingraham (saxophone), Michael Girardot (keyboard & trumpet), and PJ Howard (drums, percussion). They gained notable recognition following the release of their album "Men Amongst Mountains" in 2015, which led to appearances on national TV and radio. Their song "Wish I Knew You" from the same album reached No. 1 on the Adult Alternative Songs chart in 2016 and the top 5 on the Alternative Songs chart in 2017. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the band is still active and producing music.
