Artists from seven countries presented light, laser, sound and interactive art installations at RADAR – New Media Art Festival from September 24 to 27, 2026, at ARCUB – Hanul Gabroveni in Bucharest, Romania. The festival’s seventh edition, titled “Full Spectrum,” explored the relationship between physical and digital spaces, light and darkness, and sound and image.
